John, I must continue to differ with you that TSIS cannot project the usage of a new client. Certainly with the number of clients they have a model has been built by number of shareholders, type of business, and other factors which will give them a fairly good projection on revenues ie number of responses/calls. They would need this to sell the client on why they should use TSIS vs quarterly reports. They also need this model to price their product and develop budgets for the coming QTRS or year.
