Kevin,

Without mentioning percentages, PKSIS and its systems integration subsidiary own a software factory in Limerick Ireland which builds and reengineers code from our global customers. AmSoft is an Indian organization we are alliance partners with for additional offshore development capacity. Additionally, we have a Mexican software partner for our So. American businesses. In the states we have a 60k sq. ft. data center in Omaha that is running customer applications near or at capacity and we are about to bring online our new Phoenix data center. It is comparable in capacity to Omaha.

PKS SI has a mission to enable customer legacy applications to the L3 private IP network and/or Internet . We call our line of business, Legacy Renewal and we have a number of database and code experts that can take old cobol and totally reengineer it, salvage components or just change the presentation layer to a Web browser.

Speaking for myself, I am looking forward to 9/98 when the L3 network begins to come online and we enable customer's applications to the IP network. I am anticipating alot of work.
