MACE filed its 8K representing it has abundant cash on hand

Amounts to about $2/shr in cash with core business intact:

Armor Holdings , who bought MACE's Law Enforcement Division (MLED) , will now have use of the MACE brand name on those (MLED) products .

Armor's 99-year license of the MACE name should bring greater brand name access to MACE through Armor's world-wide marketing .
