78M out. 27M + 50M.

The current MTEI mgmt were/are owners of the land-- i.e. they are what ICVI acquired. So mgmt owns part of the 50M 2 year restricted.

Little Engine with your interest as great as it is in Mountain Energy way didn't you go with the rest of the investor team to Houston where you would could have gotten all your questions answered. You cant tell me you don't have the time. Anyone who has the time to spend all day on their computer asking questions such as yours are certainly has the time to take a trip that would entertain your curiosity.
