This is just a cheap effort by Southeast to help management get their bonuses by keeping the stock up. SERP as in "serpent" is priming the pumps and all the mini mo's are taking the bait. The reputable firms supposedly interested in this bag have none and refuse to even dignify it with a response to this rumor mill.
