CLS is a difficult one. They have 3 business units - Memory, Contract Manufacturing Services and Power options. I am also told that they had gone on a buying binge before the IPO. Long term success of CLS is not only determined by how their memory business does, but also their Power and CMS divisions and how well they integrate their acquisitions. If rumors about the potential selection of CLS by CPQ is true, then the stock will defintely gain a few bucks on the news.

Personally I would hold on to the stock and write covered calls as soon as the options are available, instead of selling the stock.
