Jan, a question for you or other members of the thread who have more experience with P&F than I do. Do you ever see RS buy or sell signals reverse back in short order. For example, KLAC RS just turn to a sell. Is it possible for the RS to reverse back to a buy as the stock turns up. This group as you know has been hard hit but could reverse at any time. In fact today KLAC and the group are moving after a recent sell off. Best regards.

Jannie:

Would you do me a big fave and give me a P&F read on SEBL? I hear good things about the company and am looking for a good entry point and time!

Much TIA

Hi Jan, just read your Bullish Percent review from this morning. The 1 vote analogy helps explain the BP's sluggish nature as compared to the DOW.
A very enlightening post P&F Master.
