Tim, this is what I wrote: "...I am informed that this may not be the case, and the rest of the subscription may be filled at a later date (near future). It has something to do with the filing of the forms...." This didn't mean they were late. And I can't explain as I did not fully understand what that person was telling me. ( cell phone ). Actually, as I recall the forms were due recently, which is why they filed. If I understand correctly, they can fill more of the subscription at a later date, and file more forms. Off to go swimming :), have a good day, Al
