He told me that it was bad for my soul to not believe in God. Then he told me that it was better to believe in God, and think God is an asshole, than not to believe in God at all! So for awhile, when people asked me about belief in God, I would reply with a smile on my face that I believed in God, but that he's an asshole.>> This sounds like something that Tofu guy in the book might say, Craig. I think I would really like to read that one!! On a higher plane, why is it inherently bad for the soul not to believe in God? I think my soul is in pretty good shape, really.
