Yes I agree - its business as usual and business is good - Apple has broke though 38 dollars this morning on its financial statements that were released yesterday. This is bound to have a positive effect on THW as of the interconnection with the Quicktime technology.

Gypsy and others, does anyone know more about this Aggarwal situation?? I thought I heard something a while ago about him suing the THW for wrongfull dismissal and I was thinking that this may be a "countersuit" - am I right? It would be nice to see almost 2M shares cancelled and to get this leagal stuff behind it. I was also wondering where you found out about the Wall Street Journal - is this a reliable source and when would the article appear? Thanks, Matthew.
