Caveat Emptor, why the one man crusade about Genzyme insider trading? If you have something to say, then say it.

Regarding who are these people:

From the 1995 Genzyme Annual Report and Form 10-K:

Geoffrey F. Cox, Ph.D - Senior Vice President, Operations and Genzyme Pharmaceuticals

Gregory D. Phelps - Senior Vice President; President, Genzyme Tissue Repair.

Neither is listed in the 1997 annual report.

Regards,

Dave Chanoux

C Emptor

G. Cox took a CEO job in Texas, with Aronex I think. Don't know where Phelps went.

They may have done quite nicely, depending on price they paid for stock.

Again, I'll tell you that you can have all your questions answered by simply calling Steve Push at Genzyme, he'll be happy to talk with you.

By the way, what do you think of the recent Pharming announcement? It should make short sellers pause!
