regarding share registration--i had requested that they
be registered and sent to me--i called my broker since
i noticed that they were no longer in my account--they
have been mailed to me--however i can't trade them as
long as i hold the certificates--so i'll be sending them
back (not that i plan on trading them for a while)--
the shares only need to be registered in order to prevent
shorting, you don't need possession according to the broker...

Im not a corporate securities lawyer, but in my non legal humble opinion only, I believe its called a derivative action where the shareholders can step into the shoes of their corporation and prosecute claims on behalf of the corporation. Hmmmmmmmm GG

BTW, price now at .20 x .18 vol. 173,200. Where's Ancil?? He comes on here when price is going down and tells us all "I told you so", but when he is wrong, and price goes up, he disappears. Hmmmmmmmmmm. At least Dr. Meade is here when the price goes down, although he may have predicted otherwise. GG
