Nanda, I have not had chance to listen to call yet, but a friend
emailed me some notes from call, they are now beginning remediation
phase of Year 2k work at Keane, from all those front end contracts
signed. I believe they are using VIAS, PTUS and Matridigm (newly
added). I wonder if that is reason for strength in PTUS today?

Glad to see Keane bouncing back.

Nanda,

read the report carefully. KEA earned $0.35/share (fully
dilluted).
There was the acquisition charge of 4.1 mil. After this charge
the earnings is $0.29.

What is important is the $0.35 number. They beat the estimate
of $0.30 by 17%

I think that's the reason why KEA tanked so much at the open because
people were looking at the $0.29 number.

agent.
