Jon, this is actually a very good sign. Typically, "accumulated" means he bought in the open market. He must have been the one causing the rise of the stock late in June. It might be worthwhile watching this is not a trivial investment and he already has a major position.

I see now who had the big appetite. It looks to be a good show of support for the company. I somehow like management that puts their own money to work where they work. Will be watching and waiting, still view this company as very undervalued IMO.
