Zeev, I'm not in Harken but I have followed a lot of floorless stories and don't know any that has been sucessfull for the shareholders. The reason is simple, when a company accepts a floorless this means usually that it failed to get money otherwise. People used not to understand the dilutive effect of a floorless in time but place like SI, where experienced people can warn others are making this change. I feel the " P/W soothing note" is a direct consequence of this. Congratulations.

Z-Man,

YOU'RE FAMOUS, BUDDY! Chuck Strain just put out an update on our favorite stock, and he mentions YOUR "F" WORD!!!

How does it feel to be in the big time? <g>

Needless to say, Chuck blows the living hell out of all this nonsense and gets folks re-focused on the _real reason to buy HEC right now:

"Harken is unique among the stocks that we follow in that shareholders can look forward to drilling a number of world class prospects over the next few months with the cash in the bank to pay for this drilling."

I have not figured out how to cut & paste my faxes onto SI yet. If anyone else wants to try, e-mail me and I would be happy to attach a MS Word file that I was able to copy the fax onto. (I get my faxes via the internet, using jfax.com --- they just e-mail me a .jfx file and my special jfax software can read the fax and print it out, and also save it as a picture in a Word file).

For a copy of the Strain report in the meantime, try calling Chuck at 713-975-9260 (Chuck is gonna kill me for this!) or better yet call Harken IR.
