"...to not announce pre-market, as is the norm,
nor post-market."
Does this mean that earnings will be announced
during market hours? That would be unusual.

JMandel, I suppose you are saying that earnings will be announced during normal market hours? What next? Mr.Vic.com? Anything that portends a break from the post earnings price action blues is welcome...wouldn't it be strange if MRV spent the next few months clawing its way back to where we were last Sept.? Any 'ideas' of what the 2ndry $$$ are/will be used for? When can we expect additional coverage? Any additional insight as to the DWDM's potential revenue possibilities?

"Again, word is another very strong quarter, particularly since MRV has chosen to not announce pre-market, as is the norm, nor post-market."

Greetings,

Would you agree that the recent depression in stock price was Gruntal's downgrading MRVC to Hold? And that now that it has finished perhaps selling off some of its stake (or all) the stock should return to a higher trading range and hopefully its usual pre-earnings run up?

And I would be curious if anyone here can let us know Gruntal's reasoning.

Lastly, while initially concerned by the recent offering (and find the purchase of the such a small # of shares by the officers rather pathetic), I look at it as a positive that three years from now someone will be thrilled to get MRVC at the then bargain price of 27.

TIA
