Colleen,

I think that's a very reasonable way to sum it up. For those of us that are truly investing in EDII, we see quite a bit of potential. No, I wouldn't invest in something I thought would fail. Are there companies out there in Danny's past that may not read well? Maybe... But, those really aren't the target of interest. That simply gives people a means to do pure speculation on what they think just might be a pattern. But, the truth is, building a company is different every time and each time you do it, you gain that much more knowledge of where things might have gone wrong in the past. How about Netscape? We've all used it. But, it's looking like IE will become the browser of choice. In fact, how many of us used Moasic? Does anybody use it now? So, in a few years should we jump all over Barksdale if he is into something else and IE rules? Let's face it. Starting up a business is not that easy. I have to tip my hat to Danny to sticking to it and seeing that hasn't given up his dream of building his own legacy. And so far, all I've seen from EDII are the true beginnings of something really really big.

Kevin

>>>>Danny Dror has shown me nothing but positive growth of a company.<<<

It is clear the EDII tide will rise and fall based upon the ability of Dror.

But can you substitute the word "growth" for "profitability" of all EDII holdings. It is clear some like Intile are bleeding buckets of red ink.

EDII shares are being used for currency to finance this "growth". It is a reasonable question to ask what value is being placed on this common stock currency.

There is no reason to believe he is acquiring these companies at below fair market value. Nor is there reason to believe he has overpaid.

The tie breaker seems to point to the latter, given past historical performance, lack of financial disclosure and insider selling.

I have not seen any hype in the press releases to date, and the statements made in them have been verified by various investors who have contributed to this thread.

Ah, what do you have to say about that press release in which the EDII stock used to acquire Mid-Towne was characterized as being "valued" at $2.40 a share?

I don't believe there is anyone heckling you; only doing some aspects of DD which bring into question certain aspects of the company that ought to be as fully examined as possible no matter what the company's intentions at this point for their business, and what were their intentions in regards to the past 'supposed businesses.'
