With regard to Carl Campbell, put it this way: Of all the questions I posed in my post, the question with the most significant legal ramifications concerns whether Carl is, indeed, still a director. Lying is lying, and fraud is fraud. And fiduciary duties are fiduciary duties. As far as a legal view is concerned, my hourly rate has gone up in the last month. Had to raise the rate to make up for my plummeting net worth. ;-)
