Mark, I have no idea why LPTHA is drifting lower. I have no position in it, long or short. I am still trying to learn about the technology and its market potential.

Mark, in my opinion the stock drifting lower is simply due to perceived lack of excitement due to lack of news. Many investors are impatient and Lightpath requires patience. I lived in Palo Alto when the two Steves were working out of a garage. I can't tell you how many times I heard people say that the personal computer would never take off since its uses were so limited. In hindsight, such comments seem ridiculous and I believe that someday people will feel similarly silly at underestimating Lightpath's offering to the up and coming light based industries. I think the majority of Lightpath's investors know better than to expect immediate reward and are holding the stock for the future, knowing that the future has a habit of appearing quickly and unexpectedly. jkc
