Levy , is sand bagging. They have a lot of cash and backlogs, but
I was told that they want to be consistent with their numbers.
I made up for the $ I lost on ratl last year. Still holding
to some.

Well, I have upgraded RATL from HOLD to ACCUMULATE <g>... Up- and Downgrades move a stock in the short-term (1 day, 2 days?). Longer term it's economic fundamentals and management performance that make a business valuable and thus make a stock a superior investment. I know, Warren could have said that... <g>
