Great work, Janice. This especially would concern me: recurring losses from operations and its noncompliance with debt covenants raised substantial doubts about its ability to continue as a going concern. simply due to the fact that though it is not measuring future performance by the past, it is showing that there was behavior that could possibly affect the future of the company if that behavior regarding the debt covenants continued

This type of prior performance goes to integrity and not ability. jmt
