Chuck re costs:

The monthly costs @10t per day (216t per month) provided by GPGI are as follows:

Chemical costs $50,112
Processing costs $17,280
Refiner Costs $43,200
_______
Total variable $110,592
Fixed overhead $25,720

Thus the variable costs per ton are $512 subtracted from $1,000 yield $488 per ton profit from operations. Then the fixed monthly costs are deducted from the operations profit to arrive at the net profit.

As far as I am aware all of the costs, including the ball mill monthly costs (which are not $60,000) are included in the above. The maximum capacity for the ball mill is 150 tons per day, not 15.

Since there are more that 4 weeks in some months GPGI uses 4.3 weeks per month as an average.
