Dan, It may be helpful to some that the charts are beginning to confirm your message. I have referenced the rsi indicator as a click on below. Here's an interesting little signal to look at. Note back in Dec of 97 that the rsi formed a little w as the price bottomed. Now look over at the rsi today. You will see the same formation shaping up basically on the same paralel. The move up may not be as strong this time but a move up is on the way nonetheless. A bottoming is currently taking place. Neil bigcharts.com
