Some new member posted the same sort of info on this thread last week and I am too lazy to go over the old posts to get the posters name.

FWIW I sent this guy a message asking for his source and never got any reply. I'm sure that many here who have a break even price over 15 would not be thrilled about such a price. I myself would rather wait for the fundamentals to pan out over the rest of the year.
