As far as Anyone can tell the only asset left for Zitel is MatriDigm and their is no reason for Zitel to exist as a seperate company. So what is the liquidation value toward Zitel? I don't believe Keane would purchase Zitel for it's interest in MatriDigm? :) BellBoy
