Wwhy don't you give us your read on the series C shares, etc. What role might that, warrants, etc., be playing in this, or do you just see this as a "shake" , rattle and role? If it makes anyone happy, CD is continuing to fall to. Maybe FTEL and CD are now cosmically connnected somehow. I hope this cosmic path takes a turn soon, for both of us. ValueSpec
