i agree 100%, forbes will definetly be ousted in the coming weeks, with it silverman will gain control and restore confidence. additionally, the audits will most likely be done by sept 1. and this stuff will be put behind it. this stock is a bargan at these levels. the other lay up is their convertible preferred cd pr i. it has a 7 1/2% coupon at a 50 par. it currently trades at about $30. the yield is a stagering 12.75% for a- rated paper. it converts into common in 2000. take a look if you are a long term investor you can participate in the common stock moves while earning an unbelievable rate of return for your patience.
