To date, I like the way MDIN has responded to the DAY challenge. MDIN responded on the day of the allegations, then responded soon thereafter (today) with details. As MDIN stated earlier this week, and I have reiterated time and time again, most of the MDIN Andacollo properties are not in dispute at all, and some of these properties that are not in dispute are CLEARLY with DAY published boundaries. DAY shareholders have to be upset.

As MDIN press release states, even if owners lose their legal battles, MDIN still has all of the other Andacollo properties, and still possesses the Santiago properties, which make up the vast majority of MDIN's assets.

Hmmmmmmmm, the plot thickens and thickens and thickens....

After being annoyed by posters posting info both pros and cons and one not knowing who they are to make such assertions or remarks, I asked SI for an understanding. I recommend everyone read and review
