I just spoke to Lynn at Pretzelmaker who has spoken to the President of Pretzelmaker. They don't know anything about the story except that they have received many calls on this issue.

As far as they know, the story is NOT true although some sort of story on CNBC was aired that one of their present shareholders (Pretzelmaker is a private company owned by private shareholders) saw on the news.

Pretzelmaker has called CNBC to ask them for a copy of the tape.

that's what I have been told by calling Pretzelmaker directly.

Bob,

Dan Masters called me back on this issue. He had talked to Mark Geman of Pretzelmaker who also denied the story. Also, two knowledgeable individuals have stated that 2 months is too fast to go public.

Dan Masters had no other news except that they are still plugging away on the loan.
