How can the temps get a feel of SI if they have to e-mail to post? What kind of delay will this incur? I got a clarification from SI Admin (Bob) on how trial members can post on this thread. The trial member e-mails SI to request an exclusion. If SI grants it, for 2 weeks the trial member can post the same as paying members. There will be no filtering by SI. The words "trial member" won't even appear after the name. After the two weeks are up, the person goes back to trial member status, unless of course s/he pays to become a member. SI has already granted some exclusions. Bob also pointed out that the trouble-makers have been in the minority but have been bad enough to warrant blocking those threads. A block is simply an expedient way to stop a problem that would take too much time to police individually. I hope that helps.
