Trading status clarified Roper Resources Inc RRN Shares issued 13,484,300 1998-05-29 close $0.42 Thursday Jul 16 1998 Mr. Tom Styffe reports In response to the overwhelming number of inquiries received by the company with respect to its current trading status on the Alberta Stock Exchange, the company is completing the documentation requested by the ASE in relation to its recently announced distribution agreement with Safe Environment Engineering (see Stockwatch dated May 22, 1998), and its recently announced private fund raising (see Stockwatch dated May 22, 1998). The company anticipates being in a position to file the required information on or about July 17, 1998.
