SALE OF 200,000 SHARES OF RESTRICTED STOCK by Daniel was to a consulting firm for EDII. It's that simple. It was actually a trading hands transaction, not a sell. It has to be listed as a "sell" to the SEC.

Why do you suppose it is required to be registered as a "sell"? Not, oh NO, because that's what is actually IS? So who's the "consulting firm"? Our friends George and Joe?

Yes, yes, we know you copied this from Raving Bull. And I believe I've commented on it earlier.

The real question is: why would Dror pay consultants with his OWN stock rather than with treasury stock? Or don't you--and didn't you, when I raised this question before--understand the difference?
