TAVA has no unique technology

TAVA stock has been artificially inflated due to a campaign of fraudulent promotion. TAVA investors have been misled into believing that TAVA has a unique technology and database for discovering and remediating "Y2K bugs" in "embedded systems". This is absolutely false. TAVA's technology consists of a simple inventory system which requires manual counting and input of various machines, tools, microcontrollers, etc. TAVA then prepares an inventory and a report on possible Y2K exposure. TAVA can not fix or repair any potential problems. Since this is mostly a manual process, it is slow, low margin, and not scalable. TAVA has attempted to further mislead investors by implying they have automated this process in a CD-based software package. This is also untrue, and demand for this software has been disappointing.

TAVA's financial condition is worsening, and despite claims by promoters, TAVA is not experiencing any top line growth. Indeed, cash flow is negative and the company has been forced to borrow money at very unfavorable terms from a firm which is currently embroiled in a fraud lawsuit.

There is no reason to buy TAVA's grossly overvalued stock. TAVA will soon trade in the low single digits.

Sonny52,

Do you not have anything else better to do with your time! I'm not always in agreement with Bill, but he is right more often than not! With TAVA, I've put my money with Bill! So sorry I can't vote your way in calling Bill an idiot, but would have to come closer towards voting for you being one with your postings as of late about Bill not only on this thread, but some others as well! Respect all opinions, and if one can't try to act one's age! Just trying to help the flow of information on the SI threads and leaving personal feelings out of the postings!

Hank
P.S.-Now say your sorry to Bill!

Sonny52--You may have to clarify some of your terms for me.
I am not holding any position in TAVA but I did bring up HEPH as a target here. Bill Wexler evaluated the company financials and did what I concluded was some extensive DD on the claims for the companies drugs. He did not bring up HEPH for a target, I did but he sure didn't jump in blind. From my own research on TAVA and HEPH I have to conclude he does extensive and perceptive DD. This does not sound like an idiot to me and certainly not a fraud. Perhaps you are operating under some different definitions than Webster's or me.
Like it or not Bill Wexler seem very much a typical short to me in many respects, he does solid research, looks for vulnerable companies that show an Achilles heel that many of the longs fail to even acknowledge, and is market sharp. He does not target companies that seem to justify their valuation or are quality.
All the Best
