Kevin,

I don't need to respond privately.

I believe Bill Wexler to be a person that is above average in his ability to read, and comprehend what he reads, when he reads a company's financial reports.

He dissects the reports and makes a decision to either go long or to short.

The main difference between Bill and a lot of people, is that most people look at investing through rose colored glasses. Bill appears to approach stock picking objectively.

I choose the objective approach.

I currently am neutral on TAVA, but am leaning heavily toward a short sale.
