I must admit that the lack of action by the board of directors is a great disappointment... I feared that Forbes had several in his pocket... Their lack of immediate action is about the worst thing that could have happened to us shareholders... Now even if they get off their collective ass and do what is right for us shareholders, this company will be WAY TOO HOT for fund managers to touch... What do you think is going to happen during quarter's window dressing... or maybe you don't believe that happens either. Well this is far from my worst mistake, time to move on... a little wiser j

Dinesh, how can one even determine book value; at this point perhaps only if most of CUC is excluded. By the way, according to the Web site, Cendant derives from the latin root of the word "ascendant." Nice irony. Does anyone have an email address for CD exes. None are posted on the CD Web site. I'd like a CD insider to post some so that investors can express their opinions and put pressure (although the collapsing stock price may do it) on Forbes and CUC mangement auster. Maybe this company will come back in two years, but what will be the valuations in the market then? By the way, are auditors monkeys? .
