LOL, LE is only interested in confusion and not facts. He asks us but NEVER attempts to find out for himself. LE is into MIND GAMES.

BTW, if you are not long or short MTEI, why are you here, LE?

What is the company's current revenue stream ? How are they paying
everyone's salary and expenses ? What's their cash burn rate ?

MTEI's answer:
The company has no cash flow at this time and will not until the first property has completed due diligence and put in operation, sold hydrocarbons, and receives payment for same. We will not speculate on specific time frame except to say that such an event will not occur within the month of July or the month of August. [My note: the company could still (and IMO probably will) still acquire revenue producing assets before the WV land produces revenues.] Also: Our current methods of providing operational are legal and ethical. Details of our financial operations will be made public knowledge in the prescribed way, which is annual audited operating report.

I would like to add that during our visit, it was brought up that management salaries are extremely low and that everyone is working extremely hard to increase the leverage and profitability of MTEI. Personally, I think this makes sense and bodes well for the team. Everyone is willing to put forth more than fair effort for less salary in order to receive a larger backend. I wish more companies would give these types of incentives to their executives.
