Dave- Thanks for the information. I believe you are correct that the shares must actually be tendered. As I understand it, this was part of the plan to squeeze the shorts. But I agree, everybody should make a pact not to leave their shares for these guys to play around with. After the dividend, they can still do this, right? So we need to take control of our own shares! Come on everybody! Let's help get this thing rolling!

You got a point Dave. Might be easier to let the broker tender the shares/convert, Then request the certs.

Any ideas out there on this?

What you said makes good sense David. Had to think for a bit, but it would be safer and quicker. Saves us fumbling with certified mail, postage and just the hassel. Don't see a way an MM/broker could use this to his advantage. Good job.
