I'm not sure, because I only asked if they are still shares available to short and they check it out and give me an answer. But I presume I could short because when I asked the question they asked me:"How many do you want to short?" I had to explain that i didn't want to short.

Somebody told me he could short with Royal Bank. But I haven't check it out.
