I agree. PMLK was all hype. The reason to buy TSQD is that it is a cheap way to participate in the DRIV IPO and the after market. Since TSQD owns 4.8m shares of DRIV and has about 10M shares out, each share of TSQD is worth about .48 shares of DRIV.

Pick your price on DRIV--at the IPO price of 12, TSQD is worth about 6 on its DRIV holdings alone. At 20, it is worth about 10, and at 40, about 20, at 60 about 30, again on DRIV holdings alone.

Of course the market will discount the value of TSQD holdings to some extent. Still, by even the most conservative calculations, TSQD is extremely undervalued.
