David, RB & GM can't sell their shares for a year and a half. The stock was halted in December, plus there is a 90 day filing period with the SEC. Letters are going out to shareholders with their certificates. Are your shares in Name? The letter was sent out to the guys on Rileys list because GM wanted commentary from shareholders holding certificates. I believe the 90-day waiting period was axed. Why don't you call RB?, he can fill you in. Notice that the SHorts are still churning shares and posting garbage which showws they are very Short. Look at AZNT, RMIL is next! Rich_1

David, I don't know of any shareholders who have received their letter yet. They did say it could take a few weeks, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and wait a little while longer, Time may be needed to compile the list from the T/A. Morgan probably figured Riley was the best way to disseminate this information since he is contact with the largest number of shareholders. If Riley doesn't have you on his list, you would not have gotten it from him directly. As for the 90 day restriction, I would suggest you call the company and voice your concern over it. There may be a concession being made on this point. -Ken-
