Good Afternoon, Once again I have been busy calling different sources, trying to find information about CHES. In summary I believe CHES is a shell. It has to be, since it has been out of business since 1996. A lot of people have asked me what the value of CHES will be, etc. The answer to that is quite simple.....what ever the value of the new company that is taking over CHES. It could be a company that is a fly by night sort of operation, and the company will go out of business and the stock could be relatively worthless. On the flip side, a reputable company could take over CHES, then.....well, anything is possible!!! The bottom line is, it is evident that a company is in the process, or has already acquired the CHES symbol. Important....there is no more Chesterfield Holdings Ltd. We don't want the people that were running Chesterfield running this new company. They didn't do that great of a job before, and they won't do that great of a job now. We, as shareholders, want different people running the company. As for the news. Like I stated, I put a call into a gentleman at the SEC on Monday. I explained the situation to him, and he is going to conduct a thorough investigation as to what is going with CHES. He is calling me tomorrow morning with the results. I will post the findings as they come. I also contacted geraldsnet concerning the following : " Word is GERALDSNET (Stock Research Network) will be posting at there site and sending out mailings next week on when Chesterfield Holdings Limited CHES will be coming public as a paid Internet Reality Listing Service Nationwide. I don't know more at this time but look to early next week or check their site. GERALDSNET (Stock Research Network) geraldsnet.com I am awaiting their results. As for all of the other rumors that might be floating around...please don't take everything that you read and hear seriously about this company. Hell, you probably don't take what I say seriously, sometimes. Anyway, I really believe that we are on the brink of something very nice here. Please keep the questions and comments coming.
