no matter how reasonable it may seem to send a mining expert, it will be viewed by the press as a vote of no confidence in the company. and it should be so viewed, since that's why the trip is taking place. and for the person who said, essentially, who cares what the press writes, the answre is that potential investors do, and therefore so do we.

<a fact finding trip by investors is an important and prudent step - PROVIDED that it occurs when the "3rd party" contractor is on-site conduction their investigation.> Never happen. The firm has to take over the property in question, they will not allow anyone other than their team on site during the verification process.
