Maesa Announces Name Change To Mako Capital, Inc

Thursday, July 16, 1998.

On July 1, 1998, the majority of the shareholders called a special meeting. The subject of the special meeting was the name change of Maesa Gaming Management to Mako Capital.

The secondary purpose of the meeting was to elect a new Board of Directors. Appointed to the Board of Directors were Jayne Lanza, Monte Anderson, Wes Edwards, and David Taylor.

A reverse split of the common stock of 100 to 1 was also approved by the shareholders.

The newly appointed Board is considering trying to obtain a cash settlement for its position in Monitrx.

RamRao-
there are some good bb stocks but all otc stocks are under-regulated. OTC/BB stocks account for a high percentage of all reverse splits.
