Kenny: Are they saying that they will only exchange preffered for certificated shares?
I think I understand what is happening, maybe Riley can explain better.
Or is it that they will only exchange shares up to the amount of issued common?
Meaning that if MM's have sold "air" stock, the MM's have to buy back in from the market?
