Nick I agree that there will be no true strength in the stock, until the house is set in order. I also think that there will be at least one more round of lawsuits TBA, and that will have an effect, short term, as well. It may not fall too much farther from here, but it won't hold any gains, until this gets resolved, IMO. Anyone read the CD Yahoo board? Its been great reading over there the last couple of days, and they have started a campaign or something to get Forbes axed, a worthwhile cause indeed!
