Wiseowl,

I don't know if FPAM will go into bankruptcy or not. I guess it won't. But it does not matter. Indeed, as Doug has pointed out, bankruptcy might be a good thing in that it would give FPAM more room to work out its problems.

The main point is that I don't think they will go out of business. (Though I have no insider information on this account, contrary to allegations that have been made because of a petty SI vendetta. I have no insider information at all about FPAM, nor could I, not being an insider in any sense of the word.)

Since I don't believe they will go out of business, whatever happens along the way to recovering, including bankruptcy, really does not matter. Don't forget that in addition to trading this stock, it is probably also wise to have it as a long-term holding.

I still think you should average down tomorrow, if the stock is still available at such low prices.

While we are on the subject of my opinion of this stock, let me just point out that I participate here for the purpose of casual exchange of informtation about this stock. I do not personally care whether anyone else buys or sells this stock, I do not believe that posts in Internet chat rooms have any effect on stock prices whatsoever, I do not work for FPAM, I do not work for anyone whose job it is to promote FPAM, and none of these things have ever been the case.

Happy Investing!
