Hi Marty, here is Califtalks response to your "OPEN LETTER".

Mr Marty Rubin
You are way off base.;
#1- I am not interested in selling shares ( my allowed 1% under the
dribble rule each quarter). I am in this knee deep and intend to get
invoved in Oilex's daily affairs.
I will have to advance cash to allow the company's Auditor
to complete the 10K and 10Q reports. Investors will then have knowledge
to decide on the value of the company as an investment.
#2- I am in the process of preventing shares from the last remaining
debenture from being released to trade on the market.
That will prevent a huge increase in shares offered repeatedly to depress
the bid and knock down the market price.
#3- The increase in the price of Oilex has increased my cost of purchase
as I have added to my position. Informing investors while I was buying was
not in my interest. This is my way of doing business, follow the Golden Rule.
Treat people as you want to be treated.
#4- The Oilex company market price was but a fraction of its prior value.
Early investors have seen 95% depreciation of their market values.
This was caused by the constant increase in the supply of share from
the convertible debentures being thrown on the market with no regard to
price as their profit was guaranteed and increased as the daily closing
price fell. I have stopped that process cold. I have invested and committed
a huge sum of cash. I must bring the company to economic success and
in position of producing positive cash flow even when the price of oil is at
$12 a barrel. This requires additional swabber units and I have to arrange
the financing. Yes Oilex is on my shoulders as a project now. The success
of the company has become my responsibility. And my financial rewards
and the financial rewards of the shareholders are totally related, except
you can bail out and cash in your chips when ever you chose, but I can
only benefit when the company is a clear winner and a desirable asset.
