Visnic is a ULBI employee and a fake. Don't waste your time with him. He hasn't posted since I uncovered and posted that he represents ULBI

Paul K:

An excellent set of responses in your earlier posts and in # 3389.
My own numbers, after several lengthy discussions with some members of management last year (and hence probably subject to revision) reflect somewhat faster rampup of production than yours and somewhat lower line speed and yield assumptions that FMK makes. Nevertheless, I am comfortable with a > 20% after tax return on sales once the plant covers indirect gs&a overhead. But the key does remain getting the production line running at reasonable (>50%) yields on a reasonably consistent basis - we'll see, but I think we'll see this in a relatively short (weeks, not months) period of time.

Paul: Excellent post!! And should things break the way we long's hope, then your post will deserve periodic re-posting because IF thing's go well, thread newbie's(all those attracted by the "noise" I'm sure VLNC will generate) are gonna need to read your statement.. Bravo! Take a bow.

Now let's see what R.C. has to say, eh?

Regards!

John~

Paul: Many thanks, as always, for the very valuable posts.
I, too, have been very interested in the camcorder angle.
There are obviously many more problematic camcorders out there
than there are high-end laptops. Camcorder owners seem
to be rather unanimous on the bad battery issue.

Rebuttal to follow.

I do think this exercise is helpful to all.
