Andrew, How much of ASYT and PRIA's capital investment do you see as already committed to 300mm deployment? I'm wondering how much they may be vulnerable to "dead time" if there is a major delay in 300mm with resources committed to that process that cannot easily be redeployed to 200mm. I guess I'm trying to get a feel for the balance between reinvigorating their 200mm business while significantly slowing their 300mm business.
If you think we will be seeing a reinvigorated 200mm equipment environment for awhile, do you see CYMI and other DUV companies as the primary beneficiaries? My thought is that there should be increased emphasis on shrinking line widths as a way of upgrading 200mm fabs. While the delay of 300mm seems more of a good news/bad news story for ASYT and PRIA, I would think of it as a more positive development for CYMI. Also, what impact, if any, do you see on the development of copper processes?
Also, do you see a likelihood of an official announcement that 300mm will be slowed or just an unofficial acceptance of it with no announcement? If there were an announcement, I would assume it might produce some negative fallout for semi equip companies.
