Gario, you hit it right on the nail. These guys from TVL are a piece of work and they won't quit until they have sucked the life out of every investor who believed their bogus nonsense.

These guys honestly make me sick. Nobody can be this ignorant!!!!!!!!

Also talked with Nicholas Powell. He was the gentleman from Gundy,
at the time they did the 3 mil share financing in 1996. He confirmed
the story IR has mentioned about Oppenhiemer selling stock. Mentioned it had nothing to do with TVL fundamentals, and as a matter
of policy they liquidate all the old fund managers positions if they don't meet the new manager's criteria. He thought there was about
500,000 shares left. These might be gone as of today. He said what the company needs is sales, NO SECRET! The reason for delays is that
because of encoding, which should be 70% done by August 1, most retailers have delayed signing contracts. Nice man and seems very honest and unemotional about the companies prospects.

I am not going to speak for Mac about his discussion with the CEO. You can appreciate that the IR people must be swamped with phone calls and they are unlikely to go to great extent explaining every detail to every investor.

Maybe the packaging was a problem a couple of days or weeks ago. But it sure as heck is not the major problem holding back distribution. One thing is consistent from the discussion that I heard of today and Mac's discussion with the CEO: they are not in a hurry because the encoding is not done yet. In the meantime they are working on their distribution channels. Can you blame them? If you were them, how many decoders would you manufacture right now...that's right, you don't know because you don't know how much your distributors want to carry. So, produce a million to be on the safe side and tie up significant working capital? JIT (Just In Time), ladies and gentlemen. Nobody stockpiles significant inventory any more!!!

But, as opposed to other speculative investments, you KNOW that there will be a market because it is law! I am not giving any predictions about the size of the market or TVL's market share, but I will surely not bash a company which has not even attempted to put out a product to the masses. One has to be really ignorant to do this (Allen, where are you?).

Again, I'll refer to the last newsrelease: I wasn't thrilled with it but you have to think about why "respectible" individuals accept to be members of the Board and what's in it for them. What's in it for these guys joining so late in a scam as you anti-TVLers purport? If you were asked to be on a board (God forbid), would you do any due dilligence for your own sake? You guys probably wouldn't but anyone rational would. It basic human nature and it speaks volumes about credibility. If this was a scam, you are right Allen, there would be some major lawsuits. Laws are changing; look at the lifestyles of those Bre-X executives (those that are still alive). Do you think they want to fool us and think they could get away with it without any sort of grief or hardship? Right now, you just don't have enough information to back up your statements, so back them up or back off. Simple.

Enough mudslinging...if you guys can't join in a rational debate and all you have to offer is one-liners, start your own "Let's just argue for the sake of arguing" thread. To the rest on this thread, I would suggest that we just ignore Allen's insults and let him argue by himself (don't be sorry, he'll never be alone with schizophrenia). I tried to hold some perspective with these guys, but it is not worth it. Their comments as they are now don't dignify a response.

I think it's time to short ACACIA: if these are the types of investors longing it then it is worth a gamble.

I'd say give it until mid to end of August to hear about some distribution agreements.

Trenzich, check out the "140 days" to release year-end statements, since you were so insistent. Let me know what you find out and don't forget to give me a source. Thanks.
